The party was awesome! The room was so spacious, the dance floor was huge and the lighting effect was so cool.

You were wonderful Isabella, from the start up to the last day before my party.  

The Operations Team did their job well on the night with smiles on their faces. They were all nice and approachable. The food was so delicious, this is just not coming from me, but from my guests as well. They loved it!

I just want to thankyou Isabella for the wonderful job your team did, the room looked beautiful, the table decorations were so pretty, and the atmosphere of Christmas hit us as soon as we went through the doors. 
 
Agnes did an amazing job and was so attentive and met our every need and request. All her team worked hard and were very polite and navigated their way seamlessly amongst the guests. There was however, one special girl, who I think her name was Bridgett, who was just amazing. Her patience, and kindness was so uplifting, and I am very grateful for how she readily and discreetly managed a couple of things I asked her to do.
 
The families were all extremely happy, but more than that, the people we support with disabilities had just the best time. The room size met every access need and allowed everyone to have the space they needed to move around easily. The food was delicious and well received by all, so please let the chef and his team know it was appreciated.

Mitch’s 50th birthday went so perfectly and smoothly, I cannot describe my joy at the whole event!

The staff at the Epping Club were so wonderful. A special mention and huge thanks to Julio who really took care of us, being so attentive to our needs throughout the party and just keeping me informed of anything important until the end of our time there.

We received so many compliments about the delicious food and the drinks that kept flowing, and everything was done so timely and carefully by the waiting staff.

The room and tables were beautifully set up. The atmosphere was perfect.

I could not have asked for a better day - one we will treasure as a family.

And of course, Adriana, I have to thank you for your assistance in helping us pull off this event. From the very beginning, your approachable nature and attention to detail made an otherwise stressful preparation timeline into a very enjoyable experience.

From the Events Team - Adrianna, Isabella, Adele and Jessica, you have all been so helpful and very accommodating with our queries and requests from day dot that we enquired about packages.

To Chef and his Team (including Chad who helped in our taste testing) - the food wasn't a let down at all! it was amazing!! The steak dish was outstanding for me!

To the Tech team and the DJ Patrick - thank you so much for your help in setting up, assisting in our queries. The night wouldn't be as amazing if not for your guidance.

Everything was wonderful, from the table decorations to the food. Nicky and her team were great, and Patrick (DJ) was easy to work with.

Our staff were really happy and to be honest it could not have gone any better.

We had great overwhelmingly positive feedback from all involved regarding the venue, staff and food and everyone seemed to enjoy the day.

I personally think the food was amazing, particularly the pavlova. I heard many around me complimenting the Christmas pudding with butterscotch sauce also.

I would also like to pass on how great Rashed and also particularly Nish who were both amazingly helpful, incredibly professional and ensured the event ran so smoothly on Saturday. Both of them are a credit to the venue, as are all the staff involved.

The team, the food and the layout was much more than we expected.

We had a lovely night and thought the staff were fantastic.

The food was great everyone particularly loved the lamb kebabs. There was more than enough food. 

The DJ was very good and everyone was up dancing and having a good time and played all the music Jess sent him. 

The wait staff were very good and friendly and made sure those with gluten allergies were offered gluten free food.

Professional management - out of all the venues we've dealt with in the past 15 years, The Epping Club was the best. You were easy to communicate with and you were quick to respond.

Great service staff - the meals arrived on time and the staff were very responsive.

Great food - everyone enjoyed the sumptuous meals prepared by your finest chefs.

Accessibility to public transport - walking distance from Epping station. Some of our guests took the rail to the venue.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Isabella for organising the event for my daughter's quinceañera.

Everything went as expected. On that night Julio did an extraordinary job, also Dina; they were so helpful looking at every detail.

Catering staff also excellent. We are really happy with the event and the great customer service we received from the Epping club.
