Yes! At The Epping Club, we offer different rooms and configurations based on your specific requirements and audience size. From an intimate boardroom format to a large-scale conference we can accommodate any size corporate event in a multiple and flexible spaces. We also have smaller secondary rooms suitable for break out spaces and an open-air terrace. Contact our Corporate Event Sales Manager on events@eppingclub.com or 9876 4357, and they will advise you on the most suitable space for your requirements.

+I need a corporate event location near public transport. Where is The Epping Club?
The Epping Club is located just a few minutes’ walk from Epping Metro Station on Sydney’s North West line. From the Metro there are also buses running to North Ryde and Macquarie Business Park amongst other destinations. Our Customer Service team can assist with taxi bookings should they be required.

+Is there parking on site?
The Epping Club has parking on site which can be allocated at the time of your corporate event booking. There is also a free Council carpark just 80 metres down the road accommodating over 400 cars.

The Council Carpark is located at 51-53 Rawson St, Epping. Please take note of time restrictions.
+Do you have onsite AV equipment available for use during my conference?

The Epping Club has multiple large format screens, an in-house AV system, lecterns, fully controlled lighting systems and microphones as standard event inclusions suitable for conferencing, AGM, training sessions etc.

+Is catering available for my event?
Yes! At The Epping Club, we have a specialist event Head Chef who understands the varying needs of corporate event catering. Our catering packages include morning teas, lunches, dinner and food stations. If you have a unique request we would be more than happy to discuss this with you!

The Epping Club caters for all dietary requirements, including allergens, religious and lifestyle choices.
+Is there food outlets on site for my attendees if catering is not included?
The Epping Club offers casual dining in 45 on Rawson,  serving hot food along with your favourite snacks and beverages.
+I’d like to hold a corporate event at The Epping Club – who do I contact?

+What transport options are there?
CAR
A 20 minute drive from the city and a few minutes from the M2 Motorway. The Club is easily accessible from the west via the Cumberland Highway or from the north from either Pennant Hills Road or Epping Road.

TRAIN
The Club is just a few minutes’ walk from Epping Metro Station.

BUS
Bus stations are located on Oxford Street and Beecroft Road. A short walk through the shop walkway brings you to the Club.

PARKING
Limited parking is available so please speak with your event coordinator regarding parking availability, alternatively there is a council carpark on Rawson Street within a short walk to the Club.
