Wow! What a night! It was fabulous. 

We have received great feedback from attendees that it was the best Christmas party ever, very relaxed and enjoyable. They couldn't compliment the Epping Club staff enough. I just wanted to touch base with you about how much everyone enjoyed the Christmas party on Saturday night. A very special thank you to the lovely Zoe who looked after everyone so well. She truly was amazing. I also joined the club as instructed by one of your colleagues and will definitely be visiting again soon.

We hosted the Annual Northern Cemeteries Funeral Directors Dinner at The Epping Club last night and I just wanted to thank you and your team for a great evening.

Working with Sara to plan the event again was great and as per usual she was most helpful however the “Champion” of the evening was Robert who in his calm and collected manner assisted with all enquiries and wishes ensuring that the night ran smoothly. He is to be complimented on his helpful demeanour, follow up and open communication all of which combined made him our “super hero” for the evening. I realise that events such as this are a team effort and the team were great with special mention to Zoe and James who were still working as we left to ensure that our musicians could bump out easily and everything was ship shape.

Customer service is something that my organisation strives to be the best in so I guess I aim high, Robert and the team who assisted in ensuring our evening was such a success certainly ticked each and every box.

Our Ceremony ran exactly to plan and I would say, was one of our best over the past few years.

Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with and no problem too big for her to solve. We had a late change to the room setup and some sound issues. Christine remained calm and positive in a stressful situation and provide exceptional support and service to ensure we were completely satisfied. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to Christine – it was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

We were extremely happy with your venue, facilities, staff and the catering for our trainees. When we train again in your area we am hoping you will be able to accommodate us.

Thank you so much for all the work you and your team have done over this year in regards to our functions! Showcase was a great evening. What was really wonderful about your team throughout the day and evening was that they treated as as though we were their team, so they looked out for us when we needed food or drink - knowing that we would miss out given how busy we were doing our thing through the day and night. They all had ‘can do’ attitudes and smiles on their faces. They were flexible, ready to help anyway they could. It was such a joy making this event happen with them. Nothing was a bother. Guests commented on the great food and atmosphere, some had never been to the club before and I think we gave them a great experience of the Club - your team and mine together
