Sara has been an integral part of the Epping Club team for more than 8 years and is now specialising in corporate event coordination.

Sara has organised many events for Epping Club clients including Unilever, Mix 106.5, Arden Anglican School, Sydney University and AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical.

Sara is the organiser of corporate conferences and events, has extensive knowledge of The Epping Club’s facilities, and can work with clients to ensure every aspect of their event is executed seamlessly. As she has been a loyal staff member for many years, Sara knows her clients expectations and requirements and has a large number of repeat clients who appreciate her attention to detail and professionalism.


Events Manager | Adele Zeaiter | Email

With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Adele has been part of a strong team that led The Epping Club to win numerous awards for its function facilities.

Adele’s main focus when organising an event is to ‘work with clients to give them a 5 star experience they will never forget’. Having worked in a number of prestigious venues around Sydney, Adele’s knowledge spans over all types of events. Her main expertise, however, is in the organisation of weddings and cultural events.

When you meet Adele, she immediately feels like an old friend. Her passion and enthusiasm for delivering a memorable event will make you feel certain that you are in very capable hands.

Her professional life transpires to her personal life, where she visits a number of award winning restaurants to learn what it takes to deliver a 5 star experience. Adele understands the importance of family and respecting old traditions but is also ahead of all the latest trends and fashions.

Executive Chef | Bikram Ahluwalia

Indian born, Bikram Ahluwalia knows the 5 star touch required to be Executive Chef at The Epping Club. He ensures The Epping Club venues focus on continually evolving the menus and dining experience we offer guests. Bikram understands the difference between tasty and attractive food and considering the environment and its sustainability issues such as being aware of organic and local products and waste management.

Bikram has now been working at The Epping Club for over 15 years, starting as the Club’s Sous Chef, progressing to Functions Head Chef and taking on the role as Executive Chef from 2006.

Bikram bases his success on staff that have been allowed to develop their own personal creative flair. He particularly encourages every chef to utilise their multicultural backgrounds and their special knowledge of food from other countries. They then have the opportunity to train the whole kitchen team on their signature dishes. This creates an educational environment for The Epping Club.

His Indian heritage and vast knowledge of the culture and food has attracted a large number of Indian and Sri Lankan weddings as well as other multicultural functions. We have received many compliments and acclamations from these communities.

He enjoys meeting clients and you will enjoy your personal menu tasting where he tailors makes the menu to suit your personal tastes and dietary requirements.
