At The Epping Club, we would encourage you to book your wedding 12 months in advance to ensure you can secure your most desired wedding date. Of course, some people have short engagements and some people choose longer ones. We are happy to confirm your booking as soon as you are ready to do so!

At The Epping Club, we are committed to delivering stylish, great value weddings. By offering our bride and grooms packages we are able to load these with multiple add-ons from our in-house supplier team.

We would welcome you to come and have a venue tour at any time. To ensure that we have a staff member on hand who can best assist you please make an appointment with our Event Sales Team.

+Can I also have my ceremony at The Epping Club?

The Epping Club offers multiple options for hosting your ceremony. For those wishing to have a ceremony outside the adjoining Boronia Park is a pretty, manicured space to say your vows. Our team is able to assist you with this set up making it a stress-free experience.

For a wet weather contingency or for those who would prefer to be married indoors our beautiful Grand Salon room is the ideal space. Our in-house stylists can arrange a ceremony set up for suiting your overall wedding theme.

The Epping Club offers many stylish and dramatic wedding photo locations in house including our sweeping staircase and impressive chandelier. For those wishing to have outdoor shots Boronia Park adjacent to The Epping Club is the ideal location. With vast green spaces, forest like planting and natural light this is the perfect choice for those wanting local, outdoor images to be taken.

All wedding date bookings are confirmed when we receive a signed contract and non-refundable deposit. Our team will be able to discuss with you how to secure your chosen date at The Epping Club in greater detail.
