I just wanted to thank you and your amazing team for all the hard work and effort you all went to in making my sister Catherine and Shawn's wedding such a fabulous evening on Sunday 10th June.

We all had a wonderful time and our family all commented on how lovely the room looked, how professional and accommodating your staff were (especially Robert the Manager), how nice the food was and how well run the night was overall.

The night went perfectly in my eyes, I thought everything was put together beautifully and I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff were amazing, so lovely and helpful and it was the best day.

I would like to thank you and all your staff for making Jess and Hayden's reception a wonderful night.  Their family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting and great service you and your team provided. Can you please also thank Carmen and Zoe for helping make the night special.

The room looked lovely and the table settings were incredible. The food was excellent, thank you to your Chefs.  Your young wait staff are to be commended on their professionalism and maturity. 

Everyone who attended the wedding said it was one of the best they had been to! The Epping Club has certainly won our vote as one of the best reception venues we have been to.

Cannot fault this place, my sister had her wedding there yesterday and all I can say is it’s the best wedding reception I have ever been to. From the staff being so attentive and there for your every need, to the amazing food, beautiful décor and rooms, this place is more than a 5 star rating.

The moment we stepped into the bridal suite they were amazing, Rachel was always doing anything we needed to make us comfortable. I was extremely surprised and impressed, thank you for an amazing night.

Sunaina styled the event magnificently and was a fantastic wedding planner – so enthusiastic and receptive to all our ideas. My wife and I would also like to thank the staff on the night, particularly Zoe, Rob and Carmen who were instrumental in making the night a huge success. The Grand Ballroom was amazing and the bridal suite was a highlight of the entire day! The food was great and all our guests had a magnificent time! I cannot recommend the Epping Club as a reception venue enough!

I attended Elaine and Mike's Wedding last Saturday at The Epping Club. I was so impressed with your staff member Carmen that I asked her if I could get an email address for The Epping Club so I could write a Letter of Appreciation.  

Carmen was very attentive and understanding about my dietary requirements. I found her to be professional and attentive throughout the night to me and all the other guests.

Carmen being so understanding and discrete about me changing the menu without any notice and making extra work for her and the kitchen staff blows my mind. I know Carmen and all the staff members working that night were already very busy and didn't need to go beyond their normal duties.

We had our wedding reception at The Epping Club last night and it was nothing short of amazing.  Every single one of the staff were fabulous and did absolutely everything they could to ensure our night was perfect.

You and your amazing team really made the whole thing very special, moving and beautiful, everything went perfectly. Everyone has been calling and texting us since Sunday morning saying how great everything was, your staff looked after every detail, they were all complementing the staff and food was excellent, so we had only positive feedback.

Everyone who has been married before us would always say that no matter how much you prepare, something will go wrong. But you know what: for us, it was flawless.

The feedback we have received from our guests was that the venue and styling/decor was beautiful (we had a lot of guests take the flower arrangements home- they loved them!). Everyone really enjoyed the food which was fantastic. The fireworks were a huge hit / surprise to our guests too!
 
Rohan & I both wanted to tell you that we are extremely happy with both the overall styling of the room- it was gorgeous!

 

Robert and the team were able to handle all the last minute changes extremely well - we didn’t have to worry about anything the whole night.
