Shot by Chalk and Cheese Photography, Kriz and Phil’s wonderful Epping Club wedding was a day filled with love, laughter and fun.
Princess-like in a lace bodiced gown with a full skirt and swooping back, Kriz’s beautiful Alfred Angelo dress from Hugs for Brides looked magnificent from every angle. Her look was finished with glamorous make up and side swept hair with a stylish jewelled clip.
Accompanied by bridesmaids in electric blue (ordered online from London at Chi Chi Clothing) the event was complimentarily styled in silver, blue and white with navy linen, Tiffany chairs and hundreds of blue vanda orchids.
The couples show-stopping four-tiered blue and white cake (Supplier: Sugar Blast Cakes) was topped with adorable panda characters, representing the couples privately shared joke that they both have cute, panda-like qualities. When Kriz and Phil cut their cake thousands of white confetti dropped from the ceiling showering the couple in a surprise effect which not only delighted guests but made for fabulous photos.
As the couple took to the dance floor for their first twirl as husband and wife dry-ice smoke misted around them and finale fireworks made for an exciting display.
Inspiring idea: We loved this couples clever use of a traditional-style polaroid camera for guests to capture images on the night. We also love the little in-joke of their panda topped cake. The special details that make your love unique are a beautiful thing to incorporate!
Favourite detail: What we adore most about this wedding is the pure joy! As the photos show, this is a crowd that know how to celebrate and a couple that are truly feeling the love!
When we asked the couple what was the highlight of this amazing day, their answer tells us it was hard to decide!
‘Truthfully, everything was so perfect it’s so hard to choose and Epping Club really did a fantastic job organising the venue on the day. But if I really have to, it would be the entrance and first dance fireworks/dry ice and the flower confetti when cutting the cake moment. It just added more fun and elegance to me and my husband's wedding and the guests (especially the kids) loved it so it was a great addition…’
