Yes! At The Epping Club, we offer different rooms and configurations based on your specific requirements and audience size. From an intimate boardroom format to a large-scale conference we can accommodate any size corporate event in a multiple and flexible spaces. We also have smaller secondary rooms suitable for break out spaces and an open-air terrace. The Epping Club is located just a few minutes’ walk from Epping Station on Sydney’s North Shore train line. From the Station, there is also buses running to North Ryde and Macquarie Business Park amongst other destinations. Our concierge team are also able to assist with taxi bookings should they be required.

The Epping Club has parking on site which can be allocated at the time of your corporate event booking. There is also a free Council carpark just 80 metres down the road accommodating over 400 cars.

The Council Carpark is located at 51-53 Rawson St, Epping. Please take note of time restrictions.

The Epping Club has multiple large format screens, an in-house AV system, lecterns, fully controlled lighting systems and microphones as standard event inclusions suitable for conferencing, AGM, training sessions etc.

Yes! At The Epping Club, we have a specialist event Head Chef who understands the varying needs of corporate event catering. Our catering packages include morning teas, lunches, dinner and food stations. If you have a unique request we would be more than happy to discuss this with you!

The Epping Club caters for all dietary requirements, including allergens, religious and lifestyle choices.

The Epping Club offers both casual dining in 45 on Rawson and dining in Rawsons Restaurant. We also a coffee and cake served in 45 on Rawson. Should your event not include catering these choices are in-house for your attendees.

CAR
A 20 minute drive from the city and a few minutes from the M2 Motorway. The Club is easily accessible from the west via the Cumberland Highway or from the north from either Pennant Hills Road or Epping Road.

TRAIN
The Club is just a few minutes’ walk from Epping Railway Station.

BUS
Bus stations are located on Oxford Street and Beecroft Road. A short walk through “The Epping Club Walk” brings you to the Club.

PARKING
Limited parking is available so please speak with your event coordinator regarding parking availability.

COURTESY BUS
The Courtesy Bus runs on the hour or as near as possible and is a free service for those wishing to visit the Club. Announcements are made five (5) minutes before departure.
