If you’re planning a wedding in North Western Sydney you’ve no doubt found your way to the Epping Club Events website. Here’s a round up of their favourite online wedding planning tools and apps you might like to explore! Anything that makes the planning process easier must be a winner, right?

1. Pinterest
There’s no better online pin board than Pinterest to find inspiration and sort your ideas. Even better it’s totally free and if you’re a bride that wants to keep her plans on the quiet you can create secret or hidden boards! This way nobody need know exactly what’s in store until they arrive at your big day!

2. myPantone

If a certain colour strikes your fancy myPantone is the answer to outing some science to your fave new tone! Simply snap a photo and this clever app will identify the exact color. Ideal for them dealing with printers or communicating your colour vision to bridesmaids or planners this takes the guess work out of colour!

3.  Riley & Grey Luxe Wedding Websites
Want your very own wedding website to share with your guests? Riley and Grey is a template based website that allows you to create a bespoke look. Sure there’s cheaper or free options than this site but if you’re looking to impress your guests this is the place to go for wow!

4. Google Drive
This might seem like a simple one but if you’ve lots of suppliers, helpers or vendors using good old Google drive to share documents is the ideal way to centralise communications. The documents are safely stored and updated in real time meaning your RSVP, project plans or anything else can be accessed by those who need them (pending your approval to share them of course!)

5. Awesome Note
This cool app is a fantastic way to organize all the little things you need to purchase for your wedding. Forget having pieces of paper everywhere if you need to buy it add it to the app. When you’ve bought it cross it off. From wedding hosiery to a thank you present for your pageboy you’ll not miss a thing – and definitely not be drowning in lists and paper!

6. Wedding Happy
Planning a wedding can really add up! Stay across all the expenses for your big day with WeddingHappy app. This free app lets you track your payments for each aspect of the wedding and add lots of additional details! You’ll feel far more sane and totally in control with a budget in place!

7. RSVPify
If you’d like to take your RSVPs online and automate the process RSVPify is the tool to do it! From there you can then use the master list to make seating charts, organise meals or special requests and much, much more!
